CHANGE!

Men of Central Ohio & PAX,

This week the guys who stumbled into starting F3, OBT & DREDD, were on the ART OF MANLINESS podcast. (click to listen) This is pretty awesome! It has challenged more men to step out (3 this week) and see what it is that makes F3 different. One thing that makes F3 difference is the CHANGE you experience.

CHANGE” isn’t always what we want it to be. None of you are the MEN that you were a year, month, or even week ago. In addition none of you will be the MAN you are today, a week, month, or year from now. We’re in a state of constant change. I read a sign in Indianapolis earlier this year that said.

“Everything is either growing or dying” -unknown

The process by which we change doesn’t happen overnight but over time. “CHANGE” comes from a who or a what that is influencing you. Ask yourself, Who or what is influencing me? Then ask yourself, Who or what am I influencing? You’ll be shocked at your answers. My Wife, my kids, my co-workers, my friends, ect. Then ask “HOW?” My hope is this will not be easy to swallow. How am I influencing the who’s and what’s in my life? Am I influencing Growth or Death?

The answer to who/how am i influencing others comes full circle to who/how am i being influenced? Am I being led to Grow or to Die?

See this is a cycle, garbage in computes to garbage out. Will you break the cycle of influence? Will you “CHANGE?”

F3 isn’t an equation you plug into and you come out “changed” the “CHANGE” happens as you experience the men around you. As your wives, kids, and friends experience you. F3 is designed to stretch you to “Embrace the Suck” and come out the other side ready to take on the situations you find yourself in throughout the week. Supported and surrounded by real live people, MEN, that will encourage you to bite the bullet, pray for you, and even walk miles with you.

You’re receiving this email because a guy out there knows you’re in need of “CHANGE.” So will you join the thousands of MEN across the country that have embraced their need and shown up to influence and be influenced by other men?
