Saturday 0700-0800 “The Theater” also know by the world as Antrim Park played Host to quite the sight.

Mariah & YHC got their early to prep the route and plant the flag as we completed our prep work we were met by an awaiting PAX of 4 men ready to MoveoverSnooze!

As men arrived they were instructed to “go behind the outhouse” to retrieve their entry fee for this mornings workout.

Once the caravan of Men had come to an end the clock struck 0700. The disclaimer was given and Mariah made the call. w/Bricks Mosey.

one team member was to carry one member to the cone while remaining two members were to take the 2 bricks (56lbs) and get it to the cone.

1st cone: 200 Brick Squats as a team (50 per member)

This feature event humbled YHC as each step became harder as arm strength was fleeting. Thanks to the Respectable’s Van-Damme & Bumper f.or keeping the motivation up and taking on the burdens of others! These men are a true display of humility.

As the first team finished they didn’t just go back to the next group they took a trip down memory lane as they circled back to the Six and motivated them to keep pressing through.

The PAX slowly assembled as the clock was pressing in on 0755 and a long mosey with bricks in hand (even the broken bricks) commenced toward the Shovel Flag.

Where we stored our Bricks and completed NameORama welcoming FNG (Red Bag) & BOM.

YHC shared the encouraging fact that the PAX is no single man, we are in this together. No matter the burden, we’re willing to carry a man and the bricks of his life across the finish line! #NMLB (no man left behind)
Shared the answers to some of the prayers of the week YHC’s mother leaving the hospital and returning home, Mariah’s Daughter conquering her first day of School, Teach’s successful engagement of teaching kids Sports Enterprise. Ended with a shout out for the strength to complete the Man vs Brick vs Man. That we would be stronger Husbands, Fathers, and Men in our communities knowing we are not alone!
