Back Blast 10/19/17 Conditioning

AO: Whine Man Hill (aka Wyman Woods Park)

QIC: Ahhh (VQ)

PAX: Teach, Mogul, Mariah, Jumper, Guppy, Slash, Bo Schembechler, Grovetucky, 316, Ahhh

The PAX filtered in and we promptly began at 5:32. We forgot the disclosure, so thank goodness no one was hurt.

Here’s how it went down:

  • Side straddle hop
  • Squats
  • Jump Lunges
  • Imperial walkers
  • Hillbillies
  • Cotton Pickers
  • Runner’s Stretch w/ Quad Stretch
  • Teach Stretch

Once our legs were nice and toasty, we moseyed on over to The Hill with some high knees and high heels along the way.

Charge the hill w/ Merkins and LBC’s between runs.

Circled up on the soft playground for core exercises:

  • Planks
  • American Hammer
  • Cockroaches
  • Toy Soldier

Shuttle runs with headlamps/flashlights. Alternate runs with merkins 2x.

Indian run up to the police station, then back to the flag.

Breathe an ahhh of relief. Count, name-o-rama, COT.

Remember, step outside your comfort zone, because that’s where growth happens. Thanks for a great VQ today PAX, for pushing yourselves and pushing each other to be the best we can be.
