Mosey to the playground for COP:

SSH x 30 IC

Cotton Pickers x 10 IC

Side Cotton Pickers x 10 left to right, x 10 right to left

Peter Parkers x 15 IC

Sun Gods x 10 IC forwards and backwards

Overhead Claps x 10 IC

Various stretches (Rash, Teach, Downward Dog, etc.)

Mosey to the Hill for THE THANG:

Run up hill x 10 with descending burpee ladder at bottom of hill (after first hill 10 burpees, after second hill 9 burpees…)

Mogul’s plank circuit while waiting for the six

Mosey to retaining wall:

Bulgarian Split Squats OYO x 15 each leg

Dips OYO x 20

Single-Leg Glute Bridge OYO x 15 each leg

Rinse and Repeat each x 2 total sets

Mosey Back to Playground and divide into groups of 2:

PAX 1 holds Al Gore position as PAX 2 performs a Lt. Dan (1 squat, 1 lunge each leg), then switch. Continue with Lt. Dan ladder up to 7.

Leg-climbers x 15 both legs

WWI’s x 15

Mosey back to hill:

Back pedal up the hill x 3

Mosey to shovel flag for Howling Monkeys, then finish with a couple stretches.
